Screened Porch Structural Restoration & EZ Breeze Conversion

Project Overview

This project focused on restoring the safety, longevity, and functionality of an aging screened porch that had suffered from years of weather exposure and structural deterioration.

Our team carefully removed the existing porch flooring and damaged framing members before rebuilding the structural platform with new framing designed for long-term performance. Once the structural work was complete, we installed a modern EZ Breeze window and screen system that preserves the open-air feeling of a traditional screened porch while providing protection from wind, rain, pollen, and seasonal temperature changes.

The finished porch retains the charm of the original home while creating a versatile outdoor living area that can be comfortably enjoyed throughout much more of the year.
