Honoring Raymond Tull
Raymond Tull was my grandfather, born right here in Oxford to Richard and Laura Tull. He was a man of few words but immense character.
Though he passed when I was very young, his legacy left an indelible mark on my life. He taught me perseverance and integrity - two values that aren't just words to us, but the very foundation of how we operate.
Every nail we drive and every plan we draw is done with the respect and honesty that Raymond embodied. We carry his name to remind us daily of the standard we must uphold.
50 Years of Industry Experience
Before returning to my roots, I spent a 50+ year career as the owner of a metal fabricating company. My work took me on commercial and residential projects spanning the East Coast, from Boston to Philadelphia.
That industrial background instilled a rigorous attention to structural detail and project management. But the Eastern Shore was calling. After living part-time aboard my boat in Town Creek, my wife and I finally purchased our "forever home" in Oxford.
It was time for a complete renovation - a project that would change the course of my retirement and spark a new business.
