Project Overview
This project transformed the appearance of a traditional 1960s brick residence while preserving the durability and character of its original masonry construction.
The process began with a thorough power washing to remove years of dirt, oxidation, and surface contaminants, ensuring the masonry was properly prepared for coating. After cleaning, a high-performance masonry primer was applied to promote long-term adhesion and create a uniform foundation for the finish coats.
The home was then professionally finished with two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams® exterior paint, providing exceptional coverage, weather resistance, and long-lasting color durability. The finished result dramatically modernized the home's appearance while maintaining the integrity of the original brickwork and significantly improving its curb appeal.
